The Gracie Barra Women’s Programme combines a comprehensive self-defence curriculum with emphasis on drills that simulate realistic attack and escape situations. The techniques are complemented by a strong fitness component that is second to none compared to classes offered in regular gyms.

VERY IMPORTANT : This training is designed to improve your confidence, awareness and provide simple and effective skills.
When you can recognise potential threats and dodgy situations and you are more confident in your every day activities, you are less likely to become a target of crime. The more prepared you are, the less likely you are to need it
